Product features visible in the current app

The app includes account access, saved cases for cancellation, charge-dispute, and refund requests, case details and evidence, case conversations, and generated correspondence drafts. The case and evidence features use database-backed records. These are product features, not a complete inventory of information collected from visitors or users.

When you request an AI-generated case draft, the current server code sends case details and, for a reply draft, the content of a confirmed company email to Polsia’s AI proxy. Company correspondence is routed through Polsia’s email proxy only when the company inbox is connected and the case permission plus separate authorization for a verified address and exact purpose are active. These code paths do not establish the providers’ retention, security, or other data-handling terms.
