Respect rights in site and case materials

A website, its text, design, software, graphics, names, logos, and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other rights. A company name, logo, message, or document included in a case may belong to someone other than ClaimPiper. Do not assume that material being visible or accessible grants permission to copy, publish, modify, or use it. Check with the verified rights holder and any applicable license before reuse.

This notice does not determine or assert who owns ClaimPiper’s name, marks, code, site content, design, or other materials, and it does not claim ownership of user-submitted or third-party material. Any permissions or restrictions that apply to a particular work must be confirmed from its verified rights holder and applicable license or agreement.

Owner completion required: ownership and notices

• Identify the verified person or legal entity that owns or licenses each ClaimPiper mark, software, text, design, and asset; do not publish an ownership statement until verified.
• Confirm the exact copyright notice and year, trademark wording, third-party licenses, required attributions, and permissions for user-submitted materials.
• Establish and verify a process and contact for rights or infringement reports. The supplied company inbox is claimpiper@polsia.app; confirm whether it is monitored and designated for these reports.
