For employer benefits teams

Explore whether ClaimPiper may fit your benefits context.

ClaimPiper is a consumer service that helps individuals organize subscription cancellations, charge questions, and refund requests, including requests after a disrupted trip. Employer benefits teams can ask whether this service may be relevant to their context. This page does not confirm availability through an employer.

Current consumer service

Requests people can organize with ClaimPiper.

People managing one of these requests may want help keeping facts and next steps together. These examples describe consumer use cases; they are not claims about employee demand, existing workplace use, or outcomes.

01

Subscription cancellation

Keep account details, cancellation dates, and a requested next step together.

02

Charge question

Record a charge’s amount and date, then prepare a factual request for the company to review.

03

Travel refund request

Organize details about a disrupted trip alongside the refund request and next step.

Individual-led process

A clearer next step, with decisions left to the individual.

The consumer service helps organize information and guidance around the person’s own request.

  1. 01

    Share the situation

The individual adds relevant details about a cancellation, charge question, or refund request.

  2. 02

    Review a next step

ClaimPiper can organize the information and prepare factual, non-financial correspondence for the individual to review.

  3. 03

    Keep the case together

The individual can return to the case details, recorded status, and case-specific guidance in a timeline.

Scope and limits

Limits of the current service.

ClaimPiper does not choose a financial outcome or initiate a charge or payment. It does not promise a result or provide or replace legal advice.

ClaimPiper cannot place calls or submit external company web forms. It may email a company only when the recipient is verified and the individual has given case-specific permission and separate email authorization.

Current consumer terms describe a one-time fee of 27% of the total amount actually recovered, charged only after a successful recovery. There is no registration fee; applicable taxes may apply. These consumer terms do not establish employer pricing or an employer arrangement.

No current employer relationship, availability through an organization, or employee outcome is represented here. An inquiry is a way to ask whether the consumer service may fit a particular context.
